When returning a product, choose Pay on delivery or Pay on shipment depending on the items you're returning and the reason for your return.

Return Using Payment on Shipment

In the following cases, you'll pay the return shipping cost:

• The item is not defective or damaged.

• The item was sent by smartechjp.com​

Return Using Payment on Delivery

In the following cases, smartechjp.com will pay the return shipping cost:

• The item that you received is defective or damaged.

• Even if you have tried to use on the item, you can return it using payment on delivery within 30 days of receiving the item.

• You include items for return using payment on shipment, and items for return using payment on delivery in the same package.

 

Adjustment of Difference in Return Shipping Cost

If you return an item by payment on delivery when you should have returned it using payment on shipment, we'll deduct the return shipping cost from the refund amount.
