About Returns Policies

Smartech Japan offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Note: You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Smartech Japan within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Smartech Japan Returns Policy

Items shipped from smartechjp.com, including all devices, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions:

• Products more than 30 days after delivery

• Any product missing the serial number or UPC (Universal Product Code)

• To determine if a product sold by smartechjp.com has a longer return timeline, locate the product type below. If the product type isn't listed or doesn't state another returns time frame, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

• While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to Smartech Japan, some third-party seller returns policies may vary. 

• When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Check the payment method refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.

• Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

Note: Smartech Japan does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Smartech Japan, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Smartech Japan cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Smartech Japan.
